Processing

Please allow 3 - 5 days for us to process your order. We try our best to get as many orders out everyday, but shipping times may vary depending on drops, amount of orders, etc.

• Economy - 5 to 8 business days

We DO NOT offer any returns/exchanges. In the case there is a defective/wrong item sent, please contact us and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. If you wish to return your purchase, we have a credit code policy in place whereby a credit code at an equal value to your purchase will be issued upon receipt of the returned product (shipping fees not included). To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fad3d.us within seven (7) days of the delivery of your package. 

Incorrect address

If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping. 

Please double check your shipping address before purchasing.

Lost packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, contact your postal service to resolve this issue. FAD3D is not responsible for packages after they are shipped if they are stolen/missing.

For all lost packages please work directly with the carriers to file a lost package claim first before reaching out to us.
