We DO NOT offer any returns/exchanges.

In the case there is a defective/wrong item sent, please contact us and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping. 

Please double check your shipping address before purchasing.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, contact your postal service to resolve this issue. FAD3D is not responsible for packages after they are shipped.
