We DO NOT offer any returns/exchanges. In the case there is a defective/wrong item sent, please contact us and we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. If you wish to return your purchase, we have a credit code policy in place whereby a credit code at an equal value to your purchase will be issued upon receipt of the returned product (shipping fees not included). Incorrect address
If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, that customer is responsible for paying the shipping.

Lost packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you did not receive it, contact your postal service to resolve this issue. FAD3D is not responsible for packages after they are shipped if they are stolen/missing.
For all lost packages please work directly with the carriers to file a lost package claim first before reaching out to us.
